Bad Field Position on IE8 only

When i create a form with this code :
        setLabelAlign("left");
        setLabelsPosition("top"); 
to gain place in my form and put labels on top of the fields
The fields and the labels are not aligned on the left like in your click 
example 
but are aligned on center.
This behavior appears only on IE8, it's well aligned on Firefox and Chrome
