Find a Company to Produce a Web Template Using Apache Click

  Hi guys, 
  
  I finished a first part of a project using Apache Click and now I want to 
make a Web redesign.
  I don't want to change any Database (cayenne) or Application code..
 
   Do you have some recommendation about where I can find a company (or people) 
that can build a site template and a few pages templates using the Apache Click 
Framework
