It's very interesting! I'm trying Bootstrap recently. It's a good solution to provide modern UI quickly. Also Bootstrap is Apache License 2.0 so it suits Apache Click.
I think it would be possible to make it by providing component set which extend Click default components to support Bootstrap like "BootstrapForm".
