It's a third list, so unlikely to do anything different if dev@ and user@ aren't working for you.
The most likely answer is that you're subscribed from a different address. If you look at the email headers for this email, what's the mail address? Email redirecting is a common reason for problems here, another is having various forms of alias at a company email (though not an issue with your yahoo.com address).
