Commons CLI command stype

Hi,

 I know the default 'Commons CLI'  command style is like ' java -jar
***.jar [OPTIONS]'. Can anyone tell me how to make this kind of command
style using Commons CLI?

 java -jar ***.jar  [COMMAND] [OPTIONS]
