Thanks for the quick response.
"You need to be `root` to use ports below 1000" - Though commons
daemon(jsvc) is used to get the root privilege, start the server and downgrade
the privilege at later point of time, binding on port 443 fails. Also,
exception is not seen for port 80 which is also a reserved port.
