Hi all,
After server restart today, I noticed many missing documents in two
databases.
Looking at the files, it appears that they were not saved for months!!!
Other DB's in the same folder were Ok.
It's strange, because the data (at least in memory) was Ok. Until the
restart recently updated documents were valid and accessible.
There is no anything relevant in the log for these two DB's , but there
are these errors for other DB's:
[Thu, 11 Oct 2018 08:34:28 GMT] [error] [<0.16050.615>] Could not open
file /var/lib/couchdb/demo.couch: no such file or directory
[Mon, 15 Oct 2018 10:12:49 GMT] [error] [<0.30220.629>] Could not open
file /var/lib/couchdb/bills.couch: no such file or directory
[Mon, 22 Oct 2018 08:21:57 GMT] [error] [<0.158.0>] ** Generic server
<0.158.0> terminating
The bills DB, strangely is ok.
*delayed_commits was set to true.*
I wonder, could this be the problem?
I have few other CouchDB instances, with the same setting, and no issues.
Anyone had such case?
