Odd Error

Does anyone know what these errors mean?  Did a few searches but can't 
find anything.  They started happening all of a sudden.  I did check the 
user:group owners of the shards directory and they are owned by 
couchdb:couchdb.  Nothing had changed configuration wise within couchdb.
