Admin party couchdb Mac

Hi Guys,

Big fan of couch db keep up the good work. I have a very annoying issue with 
couchdb that it doesn’t ask me to create an admin user. What is the best way to 
create an admin user on Mac?

Is this a know bug on mac osx?
