I am a newbie at Ctakes and Java. I have installed Ctakes by following the user installation instructions, and then created a customized ICD10 dictionary by following Matthew Vita's video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aOnafv-NQs
When I run the default pipeline by executing runClinicalPipeline on this text below, ctakes correctly identifies the ICD10 code G56.0 "patient is experiencing pain in right wrist" However if I run the default pipeline on this text below, it does not identify any ICD10 codes: "patient is experiencing pain in the right wrist" Please advise what steps I might take to fix this so that ctakes can correctly identify ICD10 codes and not trip up on such minor stop words Thanks Andy C.
