Please can you confirm the following would have the desired effect of
completely serialising all incoming queries?

    ALTER SYSTEM SET `exec.queue.enable`=true;
    ALTER SYSTEM SET `exec.queue.small`=1;
    ALTER SYSTEM SET `exec.queue.large`=1;
