Hi Anupam, Are you able to increase the Java heap? It seems like that would solve your immediate query problem. Your other question regarding the fragments. Can you remind me how many nodes you have in your cluster? Also, if your data is in parquet files, the overall goal should be to break that file up into multiple smaller files so you can get the biggest benefit from parallelization. This really does depend on your use case.
Lastly, Drill’s UI really isn’t meant for larger datasets. I would recommend connecting Drill to a proper UI such as Apache Superset or use JDBC to pull your results if you are pulling results with 1M+ records. You can easily overload the browser if you execute a query that brings back a large number of records. I hope this helps.
