Hello,
After installing Eclipse 3.2M5, did you configured the drools IDE plugin ?
If not, download drools Eclipse IDE plugin from JBoss site and put it in
the plugins folder of eclipse home dir. Then restart eclipse, then File ->
New -> Project -> JBoss Rules -> New Rules Project. Give a name for the
project and click Finish. This will create the project with two
automatically created source folders namely src/java and src/rules. In
src/java, you can see com.samples.DroolsTest.java which uses the rule
Sample.drl in src/rules.

The Drools IDE for eclipse is pre configured with sample project. After
installing the IDE, take File -> New Project -> Others -> JB Rules /
Drools
project, give a name and location for the project and the sample code
will
be generated for you. Pls remember the you have to use Eclipse 3.2M5 for
the
IDE to work.
