for assigning timestamps.
You can do map after keyby to assign timestamps
e.g:
val withTimestampsAndWatermarks: DataStream[MyEvent] = stream
.filter( _.severity == WARNING )
.assignTimestampsAndWatermarks(new MyTimestampsAndWatermarks())
withTimestampsAndWatermarks
.keyBy( _.getGroup )
.timeWindow(Time.seconds(10))
.reduce( (a, b) => a.add(b) )
.addSink(...
