Hi, I am getting below error while starting the flink as a standalone single jvm process through jar. The kafka is deployed as a seperate cluster and the process is not able to start and fails with below error after 60sec: org.apache.kafka.common.errors.TimeoutException: Timeout of 60000ms expired before the position for partition topic_input_si_risk_engine-0 could be determined
Not sure of the reason , but don't get this issue when kafka and zookeeper is on the same machine as the flink process that is consuming data from kafka. Any pointers would be helpful. RegardsDipanjan
