Hi patricia,

```setPredefinedOptions ``` can still be found in EmbeddedRocksDBStateBackend 
in Flink 2.0.

You can set the option programmatically via config:

config.set(
        RocksDBOptions.PREDEFINED_OPTIONS, 
PredefinedOptions.FLASH_SSD_OPTIMIZED.name());
