Your Flume sink is not able to connect to the host. It seems the server is refusing connections. It can be one of the two reasons:
1. The application in sdldalplhdw02.suddenlink.cequel3.com<http://sdldalplhdw02.suddenlink.cequel3.com> has crashed 2. The firewall rules in sdldalplhdw02.suddenlink.cequel3.com<http://sdldalplhdw02.suddenlink.cequel3.com> has changed to refuse connections.
