I tried that. That seems to be for the PDF only....

I believe you need to to modify this file:
src/documentation/skinconf.xml
by changing this:
<!-- The following are used to construct a copyright statement -->
<disable-copyright-footer>false</disable-copyright-footer>
to this:
<!-- The following are used to construct a copyright statement -->
<disable-copyright-footer>true</disable-copyright-footer>
