The mainline develop branch of Geode Native requires VS 2015 or newer.

If you must have VS 2013 support you will need to fork and replace many of the 
C++11 library and language usage with MS VC specific libraries. Microsoft has a 
matrix of the C++11 features that VS 2013 supports.

I would highly recommend updating to VS 2015 to take advantage of modern C++.
