For me 7pm Pacific time is better than 9pm

Since many of our active contributors are located in US Pacific time
zone, I'm wondering if 7PM is not a good time for an APJ friendly
call. Perhaps 2 hours later, 9PM Pacific time would be better?
Of course we will continue to alternate every month for EMEA and APJ
friendly times.
