Brew formulae for geode

If you use the Homebrew [1] package manager on OS X, you can now download and 
install the just released geode v1.0.0-incubating.M2 using these commands:

        brew update
        brew install geode

You will need to have jdk8 installed.  Please try it out and let me know if you 
encounter any issues.
