This is the correct repo.
I thought this job was publishing -SNAPSHOTs artifacts, but may be not anymore:

In fact, is there a reason it doesn't? Here's the list of tasks it hits:
clean precheckin distTar distZip uploadArchives
Any reason not to add publish to this as well?
