basically, I don't understand your problem. A CNF exception is thrown when the classloader can't load a class with all of its imports. So, according to this stack trace, the loading of class MietverhaeltnisSessionState could not succeed because one of the imported classes are missing. Usually, the stacktrace should point you to the line that went wrong. Is MietverhaeltnisSessionState a bean?
