Modules

Is there a description of each of the modules in Geronimo?  If I were
going to make a custom assembly, I'd want to know which modules matter
to me.  In some cases, I've got a good sense of what they are and what
they do, and in other cases I just have no idea.   I didn't see anything
obvious in the documentation or in the mailing list.
