Just tried with the new scala plugin merged and it works! Get a
warning since I also use slf4j in the webapp:

SLF4J: Class path contains multiple SLF4J bindings.
SLF4J: Found binding in
[jar:file:/Users/jeppe/projects/gradle/trunk/build/distributions/exploded/lib/logback-classic-0.9.9.jar!/org/slf4j/impl/StaticLoggerBinder.class]

[jar:file:/Users/jeppe/.gradle/cache/ch.qos.logback/logback-classic/jars/logback-classic-0.9.17.jar!/org/slf4j/impl/StaticLoggerBinder.class]
SLF4J: See http://www.slf4j.org/codes.html#multiple_bindings for an explanation.

Not sure what the best solution for this is......
