Hey, I assume you mean cleanIdea task.
This is a very good observation. I never run cleanIdea because i don't want my settings to disappear. Otoh sometimes I run 'cleanIdeaModule cleanIdeaProject idea' to rebuild everything *but* the workspace. Cheers!
