Thanks for the suggestion. That seems to just push the error down a little
farther:
No service of type IvyService available in
DefaultDependencyManagementServices.
Maybe I am trying to call this too early in the lifecycle? I am currently
trying in the gradle.taskGraph.whenReady {} handler.
