Szczepan, I have tried this snippet, but unfortunately it does not work.
If you comment out the eachFile line, then the readme.txt ends up as before. But with the eachFile line the readme.txt file is not included in the zip file at all. Running gradle with the -d flag seems to give no output relevant to creating the zip file.
