Hi, A general hint. In my opinion, you should use gradles tooling-api for these little applications as this is the recommended interface. have a look at this example in the gradle codebase GradleDistribution:https://github.com/gradle/gradle/blob/master/subprojects/integ-test/src/integTest/groovy/org/gradle/integtests/tooling/SamplesToolingApiIntegrationTest.groovy
