Yes, I've used `gradle --gui`: it is necessarily generic and that's fine. In my (poor) spare time I'd like to monkey around a bit and demonstrate that gradle can also be used as a generic automation tool. Its scripts can easily produce ad-hoc rich user interfaces (i.e. something with file choosers, calendar pickers and so on)... or at least I hope so :-)
