Well, the 1.4.0 manual here is just as much the same as far as Apache reverse proxy configuration: https://guacamole.apache.org/doc/1.4.0/gug/reverse-proxy.html Unfortunately, I do not have access to the IdP so I don't know if the problem is in my SP or in the remote IdP.
