Hi all, after installing guacamole 1.5.3 on a debian 11 bullseye I
have refreshing problems using RDP connections. On guacamole 1.4 on a
debian 10 buster I havn't this problem. Please can anyone help me to
troubleshoot this problem?
What do you mean by refreshing problems?
I mean that when I scroll a page using the scrolling mouse gear or the
up/down arrow, the page is not correctly refreshed, pieces of the view
are overlying one each other and the reading become very soon unreadable
Is this a native build of guacamole-server or a Docker-based install?
native
If native, (1) what version of FreeRDP was installed at the time
guacamole-server was built and (2) was FreeRDP upgraded since
guacamole-server was built?
the version of freerdp is 2.3.0 and is not changed from the guacamole
server was build
What RDP server are you connecting to in this case? A particular
version of Windows? A particular version of some Linux distribution
running some version of XRDP? A VM running under one of the
virtualization solutions that provide RDP access to the emulated
displays of their VMs?
I connect to windows 11, 10 and 7; if windows is on a virtualized or bar
metal PCs doesn't matter; win 10 and win 11 have this problem, win 7
havn't. If you need some logs doesn't hesitate to ask me.
Thank you Michael for the time you spent to solve my problem
Have a great day
