Your question makes a lot of assumptions - that we know what rutoken
is, that we know anything about your Work PC or the network that it is
on, that you have control over enough of your network infrastructure
to configure a Guacamole instance in your work environment that is
reachable from your home environment.
You should probably start with reading the Guacamole documentation to
understand what it is and how it works, the various components, etc.:

You should also understand that, if you're looking for some sort of
alternative to things like AnyDesk or TeamViewer, Guacamole is not a
drop-in replacement for those - that is, we do not provide any sort of
an Internet-based service that allows you to broker connections
between systems in ways that let you circumvent corporate firewalls.
I'm not saying Guacamole couldn't be used in that way, but if you're
looking for a turn-key solution to that problem, Guacamole is not that.
In order to do what you're asking above, you'd need the ability to
deploy a Guacamole server within your work network, either in a DMZ
where the system would be available publicly on the Internet, or in a
location where you have a VPN that can reach that Guacamole system,
and the Guacamole system would need RDP access to the "Work PC."
