What kind of load balancer? If you enable debug logging for guacd, do you
get any additional messages? If you change security to something else -
NLA, TLS, etc. - are you able to get any further?

Yes, many things changed in the 1.6.0 release. Whether one of those has
inadvertently impacted your ability to connect to RDP servers behind a load
balancer, I cannot say at the moment. You can see the full release notes
for 1.6.0, below, and look for anything related to the issues you're having.

You've posted a link to a general search of the mailing list about servers
refusing connections. Those are all very different situations. You need to
provide more detail on your environment and issue and what you've attempted
to do to resolve the problem.
