A couple of questions for you:
* Have you tried with version 1.6.0? I recall that there were a couple of
bugs related to audio input that may have been resolved in 1.6.0, but not
certain about that. It's worth a try, though.
* Are you accessing Guacamole via HTTPS? I believe modern browsers by
default do not allow things like audio input, clipboard synchronization,
etc., for insecure connections, and that you have to be using HTTPS.
* Have you allowed the Guacamole site access to the microphone? This is
usually done via a "browser gesture" - generally in the form of a pop-up or
some sort on indicator around the address bar asking you to approve access.
