It cannot be within a subdirectory. I suggest getting rid of the "v2s-extension" directory, such that the contents of your extension .jar are simply: guac-manifest.json css/ css/login-override.css images/ images/V2s.png loginDisclaimer.html translations/ translations/en.json See: http://guacamole.incubator.apache.org/doc/gug/guacamole-ext.html#ext-file-format Specifically: "... There is no set structure to an extension except that the manifest must be in the root of the archive. ..." - Mike
