Whether it is up or not and memory consumed. Normally it does little except when it goes log splitting. Then we burn CPU and some memory though work was done to make sure we stream nicely so we don't OOME.
We'll add in master metrics soon. IIRC, it does cluster-wide request rate which is an nice-to-have.
