Sorry. This has been going on too long. I'll buy beer for all the frustrated and those who have had to run w/ it manually installed into local repo. I'll get it eventually. (Any maven experts out there interested in helping or who know how to shortcircuit the need for the release:clean, release:prepare, release:proceed cycle that know how to just post the jars to apache repo?
