I have two tables with 10 columns in one column family 1. All 10 columns are encoded as single protobuf cell.
2. 10 columns as 10 cells in Phoenix encoding so that can do some sql queries. Simple scan on (1) is multiple times faster than, upto 8X (2). Any ideas to diagnose the issue here? Thanks Sudhir
