Hello,We are looking to increase the write availability of our HBase when a RegionServer fails. Will using region replication for high available reads help with this? (https://hbase.apache.org/book.html#arch.timelineconsistent.reads)
In the design document for this feature, and the comments on the issue there are some mentions of a future feature where a secondary replica can be promoted to a primary replica. This should lower the time for restoring a region. Has this ever been implemented?
