Well, when I enter your Confluence username on the permissions page there are two matches: "anishek (anagarwal)" and "anishek (anishek)". The user who has edit permissions is "anishek (anagarwal)". Are you logged in as "anishek (anishek)"? Ooooh ... now I get it, the word in parentheses is the username, so in November you created an account for anargawal but now you're logged in as anashek. I'll give that one permissions.
