We are pleased to announce the 5.2.0 release of HiveRunner, a unit testing framework for Hive. This is a maintenance release which upgrades the default version of Hive to 2.3.7 (from 2.3.6). The main benefit of this is that you can now run Hive (and thus HiveRunner) on Java >=9. Java 8 is still supported.
