Jean,

I use Eclipse, and do Run As Junit Test.

Also, I got the examples to run from the commandline- the build.xml file had 
the wrong package name for the example classes. So I know HiveMind works.

I also replaced the jars I had in my Eclipse project with the jars that the 
HiveMind ant script downloaded...

Now when I run the examples (CalculatorMain) from Eclipse (Run As Java 
Application) I also get the same exception. From the commandline, it works. It 
seems to be some kind of classpath issue... 

Could it be that HiveMind is not finding the hivemodule.xml/example.xml file...?
