You can inject Spring application context into the runnable and use it to
get beans from it:

    public class MyTask implements IgniteRunnable {
        @SpringApplicationContextResource
        private ApplicationContext appCtx;

        @Override public void run() {
            DataSource dataSource = appCtx.getBean(DataSource.class);

            // ...
        }
    }
