I'm not sure, what you mean.
But Why are you think a checkpointing fit to you purpose?

The function (checkpoint) needs for interrupt job on several time and after
restore state (may be another node on grid).

I think you need to solve issue with loading data at first.
How you loading a data in Ignite?

Please properly subscribe to the user list so that we can see your questions
as soon as possible and provide answers on them quicker. All you need to do
is send an email to ì user-subscr...@ignite.apache.orgî and follow simple
