Hi all,

I've been trying to compile the ODBC Driver under a fairly standard Debian system. Ignite installed from the deb on the Ignite website, although I've also tried the latest GIT release with the same results.

Google found another user with a similar issue back in March on this list, but no resolution was reported back.

The make fails with the following errors listed below. Is there particular gcc/g++/openssl version requirement which isn't obvious?

Any pointers would be appreciated,
