Different sizes of the same dataregion across multiple nodes?

Hello,

is it possible to configure different size of the same dataregion across 
multiple nodes? We need to increase the region size in production 
environment and would like to increase it node by node so that we have 
no down time. I have not found any info on this in the documentation. 
Should this be possible? Caches occupying the dataregion are mostly 
replicated or distributed with 1 back up.

We tried to do something similar a year ago and the whole cluster died. 
Unfortunately, I do not remember what was the exact cause back then. We 
are now assessing how to approach this correctly.
