Based on IMPALA-10771 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IMPALA-10771>
 and IMPALA-11630 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IMPALA-11630> we
do support the Tencent COS File System from Impala 4.2.

cosn:// can be used based on the above tickets.
