Anything before the first keyword occurrence (typically Scenario:) is
also free text. This allows you to provide a comment for the whole
story or feature.
Anything between Scenario: and the first keyword, e.g.
Given/When/Then/GivenScenarios, is free text. This allows you to
provide a scenario narrative for each scenario.
