Is there some way in which I can specify these arguments as part of the
scenariorunner itself ? Since i do not, instantiate this(NetstatScenarios)
on my own, I am unable to understand how do I specify System or JVM specific
properties.

<scenarioRunner
  scenarioIncludes="com/mypackage/NetstatScenarios.java"
  scenarioExcludes="**/*Steps.java"
  classLoaderInjected="false"
  skip="false"
  ignoreFailure="true"
  batch="true"
  scope="compile"
  sourceDirectory="src"
  testSourceDirectory="src/test/java" />
